Dear Hawthorn Families,

We hope you are enjoying a fun and relaxing summer season! Here at Hawthorn, we are active with hiring, adding some new faces to the family. So far, we have added Mrs. Josie Russell to the third grade team, and Ms. Hannah Davis to our second grade team. We have also had an addition to our administration staff, and would like to welcome Mrs. Molly Molitor. Mrs. Molitor will be our Assistant Principal, replacing Mrs. Shelly Brownlee, who has accepted a leadership role at our district's Early Childhood Center. An official welcome letter will be coming soon!

Our building HVAC renovation is underway, and we are excited to enter the school year with the upgraded system.

Official school communications will be sent out as we approach August, with teacher placements set to be sent on August 5th. We are looking forward to seeing everyone back in the nest for our Open House on August 15th, and Kindergarten Orientation on August 16th.
